If you only browse luvbesly.com to listen to beats or download kits, the "Send Log" section below doesn't apply to you — we don't collect anything from you beyond what's described in Site analytics.

Site analytics (luvbesly.com)

The main site doesn't use cookies, trackers, or analytics scripts. The only server-side call is a cached proxy to the YouTube Data API to show the latest videos on the Videos page — it doesn't send any of your data to YouTube, it only fetches public video listings.

Send Log (app.luvbesly.com)

Send Log is a tool for producers to keep track of who they've sent beats or sound packs to, and what came back. Here's what it collects and why:

Sign-in

Send Log uses Google Sign-In. When you log in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google — nothing else. We use this only to create your account and identify you inside the app. We never see or store your Google password.

A signed, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you logged in. It contains no personal data beyond an internal account ID, and it expires automatically after 30 days.

Data you enter

Everything else in Send Log is data you type in yourself: contact names, social handles or emails you're tracking, notes, pack names, and the status of each outreach. This data is private to your account — other users of Send Log cannot see it.

Where it's stored

All data lives in a Cloudflare D1 database tied to your account. We don't sell, share, or use it for advertising, and we don't hand it to any third party except Google (for the sign-in itself) and Cloudflare (our hosting and database provider).

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from inside the app ("Delete account" next to Sign out). This permanently removes your contacts, your outreach history, and your account record — it can't be undone. You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected].

Children

luvbesly.com and Send Log are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting Send Log users will be communicated by email where possible.
